Yeah I'm not sure how it happens but it has something to do with being in the vanity part of inventory, then exiting out to main screen and going back in.It's a glitch. I've done it a few times before, just don't know how I did it
It's just a small glitch that sometime vanity menu coincide with non vanity items.
That's exactly it.
The glitch I like is a 1h staff, try and see if you can do it. Its quite simple
