Problem with platinum payout?

I open alot of locked crates I just opened 49 randomly got 410 platinum in total but it did not add back to my account I also noticed something was up earlier with none being added but wasn't sure but that confirmed it for me . Please tell me what's going on ?

Try emailing STS, redeeming it's plat sometimes can be slow too

It's the plat you get inside the crates that's not always being credited but the plat I buy is there straight away

I had same issue I got 100 plat on chest, never was rewarded it.... I've never seen any plat being rewarded through locked....just another instance of paying for something and not getting it
