Military Time (World Time Excluding A Couple Countries Including US And Japan) Is A Time Schedule That Has No Am Nor Pm. Instead AT 1:00 Pm USA time It Would Be 13:00 Military Time . So 2:00Pm Is 14:00 And That Fallows Till 24:00 Then Resets Back To 1:00 And So On.

But honestly it's all luck... I've seen more items drop then I would be more then happy with... Ofc I've never gotten a drop worth more then 5k
