Mythic Bow proc bug...

Not sure if this is Sam's priority or whose, but my mythic bow's proc reads, just like other weapons, "on charged attack". However even when I solo (no other rogues or mythic bows around) and I do not charge my auto attack, I still sometimes recieve an entagling pool proc on mobs. Not complaining for farming, but I dont think this is supposed to happen.

When the mythic weapons were first introduced they needed to be charged to proc. A few days after their introduction they changed them so they also had a smaller chance to proc without charging. They probably just forgot to also change the description.
