    Yea, but they better have deep pockets, and they would have to keep paying the list fee everytime that would eat into profits, but if you looked at it as a long term investment and something more popular doesn't emerge and leave them sitting with a pile of stuff no one wants.

    Well, I've heard of players on PL have multiple millions, like 28M or some guy I met say he had 38M spread out in multiple accounts. So, it is possible.

    And again, they might hold onto it for only a few days. But if you buy up the items Friday and control it on a weekend when most kids are out of school and most adults don't work, then more PL players will be on that might bid on these items at the high prices.

    Should be interesting to see what happens.

    Ahh we can run the old buy low on trades finishing mid week and sell in the weekend for higher.

    A good idea would be to have alot of gold on hand when 1.5 hits and all the players that don't frequent the forums off load everything and the market temporary crashes, should be able to swim around like sharks and pick off the good deals.

    I think a bit of price manipulation is good fun for the game, after all it's how things work in the real world.

    People engaging in market monopolization run a big risk, a risk that devs will change the drop rates and suddenly their "10 in the game" market becomes 1000 in the game, destroying their high prices and investment. New better items may also come out, and no one will ever want their 10 rare items ever again.
    So let them take the risk I say, keeps things interesting. No one is forced to need those few ultra rare items.

    Was just thinking that after 1.5 is out with CS, that Balefort Castle - Fort Blackstone will be the new area for sell spamming.

    I think that although things are on CS there will see be people selling via the old system and also people spamming "Check out my awesome sale prices in CS!".

    ive become much more of a casual player with AO3 not because i dislike it (i like it alot) but i just dont have as much time anymore. for the short time i have played ive seen a lot of good looking items and i dont know what they are called so is it possible to have a picture of the item you are looking at so you know what you are buying.

    Love the shop. It's going to make a huge difference to the economy. My only suggestion is as follows:

    1. 250 gold flat rate to list
    2. 2% of sale price if it sells

    Will just encourage more people to list. Especially lower level players with less cash.

    another idea:

    announcements: if i would need a rift armor, i should put an announcemend and the price i would pay (use gold from stash), so if someone wants, can put the item and take cash immediateley.

    I'd suggest beyond that and allow items to list for free and then just take a fixed percentage (up to say, 5%) of the actual sales price, if it sells. It would encourage people to use the system more, rather than worry about paying fees if their items don't sell.

    You can retrieve an item you have put up for sale, which has not already sold any time you want. Retrieving the item doesn't cost a fee (but you've already paid your listing fee, which you do not get back).

    Thank you for the clarification, also for the filter system for organization of items, would suggest that we can filter items by campaign.

    This could allow us to see were the location of the item is and how " rare it is"

    Also it tells use were we should got to farm it.

    Not sure if this was mentioned, but can you change the price while it is active? I assume you could not increase it (unless there was a way to pay more commission), but could you decrease it?

    Fluff , I assume that you can not, most games make you repost an item. If we could just change the price of an auction we post it makes if so we can undercut anyone with out a fee.
