I'd say L.36 cap is the perfect time to even it up, b/c an outdated weapon 10 levels lower really serves minimal purpose.

So, you, rogue, didnt mind being the only class with arcane item, and silently enjoyed it. But when its time for you to be the only class without normal arcane(its fair), you start shouting. Funny.

I really hope this questline will be normal, no depending on luck, like bael, krunch, child play, chest drop etc.
There is already enough "chance" words in game imo.
