Remove you're old equipment if u want to see the stat changes. Otherwise you'll be comparing against what u currently have equipped.

It only adds 8 Dex points because infused brooch of assault already adds 17 Dex points .

Yep.^ Infused Brooch of Assault has 34 Int, 17 Dex, and like 3.0 dmg.
