Trade and CS disabled "Suspicious Activity"

So...3 days ago my trade and CS were disabled, I sent in a ticket, contacted AL on facebook, and sent an email...and all to no avail. Still hasn't been resolved, and my ticket is still "unassigned." Kind of a pain, to say the least.

Is there anyone at this company who can actually help me?

Sad to say it's the helpdesk who usually attend to this matter. I know some players who got their issue resolved. It really takes time. :/

I understand if they're closed on the weekends and stuff, it just sucks not being able to trade or use the CS..got some lockeds I want to sell.
