Inability to accept quest

I face problems in accepting some quest and please note, I refer my quest to this guide provided so I did look up for some reference point: http://www.spacetimestudios.com/show...Legends-quests

1) Quest: [Daily] Reignbow Collection
According to the guide, the innkeeper should be giving me the quest. But he doesn't

2) Quest: Fear No Evil
Prerequisite: The Troubled Turtle
Accepted: Donatello

I have done the prerequisite by finding a npc. But after completing the prerequisite, Donatello refused to give me the next quest. This applies to Watson as well

Watson: Quest: [Daily] Dodo's Keepsakes
Accepted: Watson
Description: Find them (mementos) and return them to Quimby so he can place them again
To complete: Kill enemies and chance quest item drops automatically*
Turn in: Quimby
Reward: Surprise Item (random chance at Bop-Bop's egg), 70g

Does any1 have any idea to take up these quest? I am sure I have done the prerequisite. I am lvl 18 now if it is a prerequisite to accept quest as well!

I know for the 1st question you mentioned you have to first complete the frogs quest in rooks hideout. If you've done that it might be bugged, try posting in tech and bug issues of forums
