Trade blocks need to end for innocent players...Suppport is so slow at replying, its been over 3 days for me and my tickets show as resolved, really annoyed about this as 1m of mine is stuck in a mule account whilst it could be used to buy my gear -.-

How does trade block happen exactly. I don't understand, its never happened to me, i hope it never does. I would just like to know how to prevent it. i hope your issue is resolved soon.

It happens if you try to trade over 1m from a low level account to a L31 account

Lets say Bless give Lilbless 1m, so Lilbless need to give Bless Bandit Jerk of Jerkin (or any item back).

Yes, we tried putting items on the other side of the trade and it still got disabled. Apparently they just don't want low level toons trading large amounts of money. If you want to have multiple toons, they should be in the same account and you should use the stash.

Just a note: only the twink account was disabled. My level 31 account was fine. So obviously it's the low level trading large amounts of money that sets this trigger off.

Right. Imagine you're having a tournament - fee based jackpot.

The entrees can give their fees on a mule account made specially for the tournament jackpot holding. After about 10 people give lets say 200k each, the mule will have 2m as the jackpot.

Tourney ends and winner is announced.

The mule will trade the 2m jackpot with the winner of tourney and the mule account gets blocked.

So do more trades of less value. Or does the server see the 'grand total' involved rather than the separate transactions? Anyway, I agree the rules are too strict, and annoying. I transfer gold all the time and it has nothing to do with twinking or not creating more toons on the same account. I manage my gold the way I want to.
