Sometimes if the game can't connect to a server, it'll say that on the screen. Idk why. Just reset the game if have an iOS device and should work.

Yeah! Happens to me all the time. I have a bad connection and I regret subscribing to my Internet Company. But at times, my connection runs smoothly without any lags etc.
