In GMT it would be around 6PM for me.
But don't change the time just because of me, the 1PM seems to be okay for most of the ppl.
If you can, id like some promoters to spread the word. I think 1pm is a alright time for me, if I was to make it later, my game can sometimes disconnect, so anytime between 8am-4pm is best for me. I'm in GMT if you want to look up times for different timezones.

Finland is GMT +2 so 1pm GMT is 3pm for me ;P
Most of the American players wont come unless they wake up earlier or stay up late. England is 5 hours ahead of me and im on the east coast, which is the closest time compared to other parts of america.
And usually around the afternoon time for me is when the game gets crowded but there is no one time that you can make to be sure everyone makes it, just choose a time that you feel that's good. If someone can't make it, there is probably someone else who can.
@dudetus - I am still working on dates and finallising things. I might even extend the date a few days. Ill let you know by Sunday if I am changing anything.
