Rotation and skill procs (add skill casting bars)

I would like to suggest casting bars for skills.

Currently all skills are instant cast and there is not much skill when using them.

So I would like to suggest that all skills except for buffs are given a cast time before able to use the designated spell.

This would allow players to find rotations to maximize there dps output.

You might be saying " well if there are cast times won t my dps lower?"

It will, but then thought that if damaged done was buffed this would counter act this problem.

This idea would make pvp improve also due to you picking the right skill rather than button mashing all the skills lol

(you can still auto attack when casting)

Finally in pvp they should add a " rare power up for a skill cooldown refresher. Ty

Would hurt mages more than any other class. Mages are already dramatically underpowered. I don't like it.

i agree in some areas like in wow you have a casting time and a casting time also a cool down
