I've noticed that if ppl "decide" they don't like you, they get u reported by whoever they can get. I think that this should be fixed. But idk how...any suggestions?

if the same player reported you even if you did nothing wrong, that player should be banned

Yeah no worries. Except that support wastes their time investigating bogus reports and not actually stuff that should be investigated

Yes, this is a problem, but not as much for players as it is to the devs. When someone gets reported, a dev looks over the case and the chat log/thread and decides the punishment for the player. Each time a faulty report is sent in, the devs read the report and get their time wasted.
The worst part is that when you send a report by email there actually is a notification that tells you what you can and can't report players for and how you shouldn't abuse the report function with silly/pointless things such as, "he killed me twice in pvp and it made me leave."
Yes, this is a problem and the devs are aware of it far more than the players are.
