Try contacting them to either a) cancel the order and then use Spacetime Nexus or b) expedite your order. Otherwise you'll wait the eternal wait.
I usually do the purchases In-Game, like I just did, and get the plat right off the bat, this time, I didn't. Idk if it's a ripoff, but just because of this experience, I'm never buying plat again.

And what gets me even more terrified is that, it isn't on the Spacetime Nexus, the way it usually does.
