For those that ever wondered what all the loading text was that goes by so fast when logging into the game, here it is:

How did you get it all ?
At first I extracted all the text from the .ipa file and searched those files. Didn't find what I was looking for.
So, I recorded the game loading on my iPad with my iPhone 4, imported into iPhoto and played it frame by frame to get all the text.

If you google slapping leather, you get a bunch of line dancing hits, maybe a dev is a secret line dancer.
Though I'm hoping for this instead:
slap leather
To pull out your gun in a gunfight. It comes from the Old West, where gunslingers carried pistols in leather holsters.
