Hey guys does curse work?

Hey blog buddy's,
So I've been hearing things lately curse is better no ice is better.
I have some left over plat and I was wondering anyone can give me some actual knowledge which one is better xd.

For PvP, I'd suggest Curse. It reflects your opponents attacks. So if you use Curse and a Rogue uses Aimed Shot, the Rogue will take damage rather than you. It's quite hard to time, but of course, if you can time it right, you'll be pretty awesome. The downside of it in PvP is that it means you have to sacrifice a skill, whether it be an attack, or Lifegiver, you'll have to drop one skill. In PvE, I'm pretty sure Frost Bolt is the way to go. Extremely useful in elite maps.
