I personally don't blame them. Stuff happens. But, as for customer service they are at fault when their game goes down most of the day during a double xp promotion that was meant to bring new and old players to the game. Double exp should be extended because of this... :-)
They're probably gonna extend the double xp gig. Hope they come back up soon.
And oh oh one more thing, is it just my connection or the server is too laggy now? Last time I recall when I decided to play AL way back in Feb, it runs smoothly. I have the same net connection as before. The server is prolly congested now. Too many players - in a global scale. Hope they fix this as well.

Status Update 7:00PM Central US Time: We are still working to recover from the Amazon EC2 outage. ETA is at least 1 hour.

Why don't they (amazon) tell the truth that customers (like spacetime) are still having an outage of their service. If u check their dashboard it says all green.

Please see if you can fix the terrible lag and button problem for pl...I love this game so much but I was seriously thinking of giving it up because of lag and buttons not responding immediately. I didn't have this problem until after the update at the beginning of August.

I think this is for the benefit of us...just noted all sts games have this unplanned maintenance..i tried to log in from sl,dl and al,same result. Maybe this is a serious one.Sts probably adding security in the system

EC2 may be back up now, but we still have to recover/rebuild from the damage that was done.
Any idea UK time? Also what will happen to my auctioned items if they finish?
i feel the same (we were attacked). but hopefully. their servers are based on Linux and a good backup will reset everything right ....
Can we get a more accurate eta please, that is all.
