    Question Framerate feedback / question

    System: 2nd gen IPod touch
    OS: 4.1
    Problem: Framerate issues
Description: The game gets very laggy when in any area when 3 or more mob are engaged in combat.

System storage used: 4 out of 8gigs
    Latency: 100-300 ping

Settings enabled: virtual stick, auto attack, and show line to target.

What can I do to fix this problem?

    Should I get a 4th gen?

Or will STS change it so the game can have low quality graphic options.

I think this is a great game but I think the older systems might be getting outdated for it. Idk it might be me lol.

(I thought this should go in the bug fourm but it is feed back too.)

    Should I get a iPod 4th gen?

Switch off HQ and switch on double pixel? Not sure if you've tried. I'm forced to on my iPad.

I never play with HQ and double pixel makes everything a blur..

I still have the frame rate problem with double pixel.

I play on my girls old ipod touch 2nd gen since I bought her the new one, and I don't have framerate issues. But, nothing is on the ipod other than three or four games. Have you tried restarting the whole ipod?

Hmm I may need to clear my iPod data completely.

I'll back it up and then try.

Do you have anything else running in the background? Make sure everything else is closed properly.
Double pixel is ugly, but does help greatly.

Devs have said they are looking into the framerate drops caused by lots of spells.

I deleted everything on my iPod and restored it. It seems a bit faster. I'll put on double pixel for good now.
