Is new campaign first boss hear thing bugged?
So i join a game we get to that heart thing the enemies are flowing out but either their health pool is insane or we wern't doing as much damage as it was saying. I was on one guy for a good 3 minutes and his health didn't go down do i just said what the hell. And mm rage quit aha

It seemed yesterday that some mobs become invulnerable when the heart looses its shield and you finally get to affect it. Was the shield up on heart and the mobs invulnerable at the same time?
I just solo'd that boss for 30mins,the boss is insane... I rage quitted after using 1k pots...
I think a full party of pro people can beat it... Well in my case, i play with pugs XD

The fight involves beating down the minions until the heart is exposed to damage him.
Yeah the military phrase "meat grinder" came to mind.
The shield was up and mobs did take a beating yet not even a centimeter was dented in. And ah okay.

I've done the first boss with pugs (puggers?) twice now, both times my warrior just stood next to the heart and just went full on against the minions to then attack the heart whilst the others ran round the outside, constantly using potions to stop from dying, except one time I did die because of the buggy Android interface, pressing the fight/special buttons can cause you to click a character underneath them and if you accidentally click a 2nd time on the right (wrong?) button it brings up the virtual keyboard to send them a messageI couldn't remove the keyboard quick enough to spam more health potions.
I solo'd Ferrix and that took a good 15-20 minutes, eating up 450 heath potions - it was just like playing a game of wac-a-mole with the potions/weapon/special/pet buttons!
How do you defeat The Overgrowth? I had a quick go, managed to get its health down a bit and then it went back to full again
It was that same with me. Didn't know why to do, just followed what the party did lol. I finnaly realized what was happening when his hp was halfway down. :/ sometimes you just got to watch what the pugs are doing

kind of hard to follow what they're doing when its a bunch of 23-25 and nobody has top gear they all had basic basic drops. and all rogues used all pots earlier to get past last two nodr levels but should kind of tone it down. i find no need to do boss haha

The Overgrowth will heal if you don't kill those sorcerers quick!
This is a DPS check fight, as they are known in other games. If the party can't handle the adds before the boss gets angry and consumes them he will heal for each bad guy he consumes. Neglecting the adds will also result in additional spawns and things will spiral out of control fairly quickly.
This is one of the reasons low level players getting into Shuyal is something we're trying to nip at the bud, as it can cause a poor playing experience for the entire group without that level requirement.
I had same issue. Mobs would reset in elite mode. I had passed normal mode several times. My mythic party was able to easily beat the elite boss that spawns in the final normal stage. It should have been the same fight. Except when in elite mode after the shield went down once, the shield never went down again and the mobs kept healing to full hp when they got to half hp.
Hmm might have read wrong, im talking about the boss in shadow plains.
fair enough, but its the only place with xp worth leveling in. getting 1xp per kill in nodr is not sufficient. but hey whatever floats the boat.Originally Posted by Carapace

What you encountered is the buggy boss, I think. I encountered the boss 3 times, first with pugs, kill the 3 blue guys so that Overgrowth will be vulnerable, otherwise, Overgrowth will feed on them and regen in the process. 2nd time, the buggy type, insta killed. On the third-time, I soloed him in line with the upgrading of the mythics, it is doable, just kill the 3 guys fast. I drop timeshift on the 2 to weaken them fast, then spam skills, eventually the boss went down.

what about elite boss in 5th map? how can my warrior beat him lol
its easy with 2 rouge and mage party but what about warrior? mobs really hit hard - i cant even touch them
Never tried elite yet, only level 27
