Passive Skill For damage Doesn't work???

I added 3 points to damage and my damage stayed at 220 did not increase at all. Does the passive for damage not work?

It does increase ur damage but it doesnt show at status

alright thanks, other ones like might and dexterity work so I got a bit confused.

But why would it not show the stat? It should increase the dps.. i noticed the armor one increased my armor rating...
