the "BUY" botton instead of join.
My guess is he is a lowbie, just like in PL, You need to buy the map with plat just to access the higher map.

I yes im a low lvl and was to it was a glitch if it aint a glitch then is it something new i tried to click it everytime i do it freezes the game then force closes

I have experienced this too when using my low lvl alt to try to join people in maps i haven't unlocked. Its probably requires you to unlock them first.
