does anyone know how to fix thread bugs/broken links? (Any devs have advice?)

For the second time it seems a thread i created wont let people view it.

The link right under my signature is my signature shop. When its clicked or if you visit it manually through "creative corner" topic, it still pops up with an error response. This happened with my first sig shop.

Note: This error only exists through the forum app. Not through a computer.

Im tired of re-creating my sig shop -__-

I was told the app was from a 3rd party developer.

Is there way to contact them so they can fix it?

Or does anyone have a solution for this issue?

It doesnt lol. Plus its a browser link so it navigates the person out of forum app.
