Sold about 130 last night.
Odd thing is, people refused to buy them for as cheap as I wanted to sell them for! lol
I in game messaged buyers who were clearly buying everything on market at the 25k mark and above, offering them at 24k each. All replied no thanks or just didn't reply.
So I just listed them at 25k and those 4 same people bought them all at that instead of 24k.
Well, its still going to feed people; the workers of stg and their family.
I saw the 40% off plat offer and bought 165.
This is the first time I've opened any crates, the first 4 I got some gold, a few plat & worthless legendary items, 5th one gave me 3x 2000 gold and that annoyed me so I immediately pressed open crate button again and got...

Opened 7 more and got nothing of any real value, in fact I would have got more gold from selling them on the market. Also bought 10 more auction slots and that was my platinum used up. Still had over 50 locked crates so sold them and my best architect armor+helm cheap to get quick money to buy a mythic warrior helm before someone else buys it.
Next stop is mythic upgrade quest, right after another 12 hours of GTA V...

I once used a Lv20 toon to open 50 crates. I did not get anything good except 3 pcs of ethyl egg and some gold. May the LUCK be with you.
Yes as elder erd says, stg is like the time traveling delorean. You must put the fuel in the mr. Fusion to power the flux capacitor. Instead stg uses are green for fuel.Well, its still going to feed people; the workers of stg and their family.

Opened about 230 crates and got only this terrible doom amulet.
I'm very frustrated and dissapointed. I spent pretty much money and time for this game, but now I don't feel like play it at all...
I'm just wondering how stupid is this money-spend system in this game... You waste over 100$ to see your gold got 3m lower. Genius.
And also I have to remember that one noob can open just 1 locked without even spending real money and get good mythic. Sts fairness as it is.

I actually spent almost $200 for opening 400 crates. first 360 crates, I got nothing but ethyl eggs, orion eggs, some gold and plats. Next 40 was a good luck though. Got new mythic staff and mythic rog armor, some gold and plats. It's a gamble really. :-)

I woulda been happy with a new mythic weapon. I opened 400 or so for 2 cheap mythics. Ended up a 3.5m and 3400 plat loss in the end. But that's ok. I'll come rock pvp with my new pink staff and make 5 more nerf Mage threads pop up.
I've opened about 60 this weekend so far and haven't gotten any mythic or arcane. But I did have one really good crate. I opened with my level 10 rogue, and I got the following 3 items (all in the same crate): 50k gold, 100 plat, level 10 devourer bow
Not bad for a crate considering no mythic or arcane.
Yup, this sounds to be the proper mathematical definition of fair. So, why are you crying again? Because you are fortunate enough to spend money on something that isn't food, shelter, clean water, or something you actually need for survival?
Keep in mind that you're at a way larger financial loss than you think. All that time you spend playing this--or any game for the matter--could be used working at some $10/hour part time job.
You got to enjoy the thrill of gambling; there is no fun in always winning guaranteed. And traded time for entertainment.
Ever go to a movie theatre? Or buy a DVD? You just spent money and time for virtually nothing that you needed. Where is your whining about that?

lol, nice thread. I opened nothing, instead, sold all crates I farmed. 2,5 million since friday. I think thats the better odds.
However, I feel sorry for everyone who spend so much money on this... But yeah, consider this as a contribution to the game: the developers and the studio must make some money out of it to provide us with this nice time-killer. So all in all... a win-win as I see it.

i opened up to 300 crates got hammerjaw egg , glacian egg , mythic mage helm , amulet of doom and blood ruby of shuyal .
i think i can be verry happy with it
my mage has full upgraded mythic set with runic gun , lunar pendant of assault and archon ring of brutality .
my warrior has full upgraded mythic set with the new mythic weapon and the old mythic sword and amulet of doom .
