I've already emailed them, about 250 plat of mine has not worked, and I've spent 15 min on each app. They emailed StS, and then StS said they can't fund me the plat, as they have no proof of me doing it -_- NativeX usually just credits my name with the platinum.

Same with me, I've had different replies every time I email them. One time they asked for a receipt proving I did the offer. I replied, "Isn't that why I'm emailing you?"

Anyways, if someone could do me a huge favor and tell me their email, since the button is completely gone on my game, that would be great.

My nativex button was missing as soon as I installed ios7, but the next day it was there. I've had a lot of offers that don't work, but also a lot that have.

mobilesupport@nativex.com Subject should be, "Support Request (NativeX Mobile Solutions)" Include date, UDID, and offers that didn't work, or simply tell them "Some of my offers for Pocket Legends are not working." Need to also include IGN.

Just a heads up. I used 398 plat to cap my mage from 20k xp on.

Most of the time i ran alone or with low level toons.

Everytime I email nativex about my offers, they always credit it to me. Its sometimes the range of a week, but I always get my recieved platinum.

Wow u guys are lucky, i ran in mega maze mostly with just one friend, n it was like 1200xp per 5 mins xp enabler...so that worked out to 14-15k per hour, it took me abt 7 hours to cap..

In total its weeklong 80 plats + 7 thrashers ( 280 plats) n 84 xp enabler (420) = 780 plats from 75-76
Will be shorter time n cheaper if u have more friends to help, hope this helps
