Halp Meh - I'm So Confused!

Let's get to the point....after I heard all about this "PvP Nerf Update" I returned to PL. Some noobs were decimating me when I had a maxed out level 45. Apparently fbows got nerfed to the max so now I don't know which bow to use. I heard trueshot bows are good but there are so many, which do I use. Which ring do I use? keep in mind im level 45 but might go to the 50's. teeeaaachhh me everything about the archer classs!!!!!!!!! I'M SO CONFUSED!@!# SOO MANY QUESTIONS!

For Ballista, you might want to swap 5 points over from repulse to shatter depending on you playstyle. High shatter gives slightly less daage than 6 repulse but has a -24 damage and-24 armor debuff.
