Demonic Crafting Items Question

I was reading these two posts the one for farming steel and the mini dungeon guide. One tells you never to use re-roll elixers to get the crafting items and one the person is wearing bug luck and elixers. I am assuming the best way is no big luck or any chance of re-roll but I just want to make sure.

Luck vanities and luck elixir can prevent you from getting crafting items. I usually remove all luck if I am farming crafting items.

How many runs have you done there?
How much plat have you spent there?
How many steels have you received?
How many tests have you done?


In the past. I have done thousands of runs. I have blown 5k+ plat in that map and I have received 45+ steel in a 3 week period.

Here's simple logic. If you loot a yellow steel but have 100% reroll on, the item you now receive is a green item. Your yellow steel just got rerolled into a worthless green.

its rare that it will reroll but it can. people use the free 3x and they still drop steel. if u can take off luck then do it so u dont risk the chance of ur yellow rolling into green.
