Hm,maybe skratch is the only boss who spawns after,just found him in wt4,i did a circle and he was right at entrance:

I'm being told that they are already spawned on maps when you first enter (so only need to run through and look). However, this would contradict your experience with Skratch, unless he was spawned from a necromancer which means he kind of already existed (??). When I found Skratch in WT4, my hunting partner said he was already standing there.

Sprtcuz: I might be wrong about these bosses spawning after a mob is killed, so you should leave that part out of the info you pasted on your original thread post. Otherwise, people might get confused or waste time killing stuff.

found scratch in tower of mardrom. surprised since i was looking for amrazu

I entered halls of valheim and was immediately attacked by argex.
I have found amra zu and 1st mate many times each.

From what I have found on every map :
Arcanum castle
Tower mardrom
Grog beach
Skull cove
Halls if valheim

The bosses seems to have set spawn locations though there typically seem to be multiple in each map.
I have found 1st mate 3 times at 1 location and 5 times at snother on grog beach.
I have found him in 3 separate locations on skull cove.

Amra zu I have found in 2 spots in castle once each.
3 times in 1 spot and once in another on mardrom.

The pattern typically seems to be 1 spawn fairly close to spawn. And then a 2nd location towards the end if the map. No kill limit seems necessary in the least. I haven't seen scratch as much but hear say seems to tell me his wt4 spawn rate seems way higher than his km3 spawn rate.

I seen only scratch, no need to kill boss, in 4 runs in km2 i saw him 2 times.

Yes, he was spawned from a necromancer im sure now, there isnt any skeleton at right the entrance but 2 necromancer.

Like i think there is no need to kill a certain amount of mobs. im just very unlucky not to find one.

Yep, they will be spawned in place of a mob of the same likeness:

Skratch = skeleton warriors
Ripper = sharks
Amra-zu = giant demon (ones with hook hands)
Argex = giant ice elementals

Anywhere on a map where those types of mobs spawn is their set location. And as Haligali discovered, the skeletons that are summoned from Necromancers can also be Skratch - so let them spawn their 8 skeletons for maximum chances at Skratch!

Found all 4 but since then I have had no luck finding 1st mate, I've done grog beach, palm, skull cove over & over the last 2 days & nothing lol it is frustrating has hell

There are some skeletons in tower of mardrom and castle, so not bug.

Found Skratch and Amrazu yesterday in Arcanum Castle.

Been farming all night for Argex and nothing yet. I would really like this AP!

The best way it seems is to farm Arcanum Castle/Tower for Amrazu with possibility of killing (2) birds with 1 stone when Skratch spawns.
Then focus on the other maps.

There's about 5-7 skeletons on the 3rd floor of the tower, that's how he's spawning there xP

found in Grog beach he was just standing there goin straight from the start. found Skratch in KM3 near Stonegrip!!

Looking at the screenshots, looks like there is no pattern where they would show up.
Most of the shots with skratch show him at the boss area, we found him almost halfway to harley.
