Help please! App won't load

Hi guys, here's what happened, I recently bought platinum from the store, after I clicked buy, the game got stuck, and exited, after exiting, a pop up confirming my purchase came up, after I clicked ok nothing happened, now every time I clicked the arcane app it won't load, it just displays a blank screen and exits... I'm using an iPad mini with ios7 and I've tried every reset turn on turn off method but it still won't load... Sometimes when I clicked the app it tells me to login to iTunes but after that nothing happens sometimes it says it can't connect to iTunes.. Please help... Before I do a complete device restore thanks!

Oh btw, I can access my account on my other devices with no problem..

Have you tried uninstalling the app then installing again?

I have this same problem now! From the same situation.. I've deleted and reinstalled over and over, still nothing

Me too now im using a laggy tablet T_T

This happened once on my iPhone...I guess you could uninstall/install. If it doesn't work, I don't know what to say.

Also, forgot to add - if you have AL on iCloud delete it there too. Then reinstall.
