Recruiting level 35+

Whats the best way to recruite only member 35+ i been trying and hard to find one?

Create a guild thread in the guild section.

creating a new guild and only wanting members to be 35 and 36 will be really tough. because at this certain level ppl already created bonds with their guild at low levels. and if not, they rather join the more popular guilds like eos or dm.
i advice you to recruit lvl 31 or less and make sure to make them stick around by having guild members only events. or giving incentives like 1month members rewards a 10k gold or whatever. also help them leveling and doing aps or even a simple elite run.
