Race time temperature was 29 degrees F. I am fresh off a shot of steroids for an upper respiratory track infection, and finished fourth in my age division (30-39). Running a sub 23 minute 5k while being sick is something I will take.

Now off to bed as I cough my head off typing this. :/

Found out I finished 32nd out of 557 runners. All of the people who finished ahead of me were younger than me, so that is pretty cool after only 5 weeks of training AND being sick. I really am feeling it today, though. May have gotten pneumonia in the process. Wife just brought home more meds that the doctor called in.
