Come on, I (maybe) felt the same way about posting my pic. I thought I was gonna end up I'm flames. But don't worry, I won't flame ya. I just like seeing who is talking to me, and sometimes I hope it's not a sick, twisted, drunk, mad, insane man with a Gina and knife. Idk why I didn't end up in flames. Few ppl have pmed me that I look like a mini-Parth. If you feel shy, just PM me it.

This was a closed off handicap section, therefore making that stall private.

I highly doubt people follow that law anyways, lol. The amount of guys taking pictures of themselves in the mirrors for their girlfriends and for themselves is incredible.

There are two wheelchair bound (one Spina Bifida, the other Spinal Cord Injury) individuals at the YMCA I go to who work out. And you just defined Dante's 8th circle: Hindu's who use handicap stalls for pampering.

Okay, yours is an exception, but at this 24 hour fitness, there is literally no handicapped individual to be seen. Granted, if I saw one in the locker room, I wouldn't take the stall due to the chance he may use it butttttt there wasn't, so no harm done!

As I said, I like seeing who's talking to me, idk...,it helps me.....feel better, knowing who's talking to me.

No sir, but if the other stalls were full and a handicapped person was not in the locker room, it doesn't hurt anyone if you occupy it, does it?

In my case, it could be argued that where I took the picture was infact private due to the closed off area.

Now, occupying the stall is a different story although that too is not considered illegal. Unethical? Sure, but only if I denied a handicapped person of using the stall.





That being said, there are much worse things in life to worry about than simple laws like that. I made an attempt to be private, therefore I wasn't breaking the law.

Is a stall considered public? If it is, then anyone can enter it while it is being used? Correct? The lock on the door as well as the closed off area make it private in a public facility.

I know what Yich was saying but I am also saying that the law has clauses in different states. If an attempt of privacy is made, then you may or may not be breaking the law depending on the state.
