I thought he was talking about how he was banned, no? Typically when anyone talks about a ban on the forums, the devs will remove/lock the thread.

That's what I thought it was, and he specifically said it wasn't about the ban- he said that was a whole different issue. Does that count as "discussing ban(s)"?

Yeah all he said was that he was currently banned. Nothing else about it. And that he would like to help out with new content if they gave him the chance and they deleted it for some reason

There was Zero criticism in his thread. I read and commented on it yesterday.
I'm almost sure it got removed because, as some people mentioned, he included the fact that "he was banned, and working on it".
Most likely it was labeled as 'discussing bans' by a moderator/dev.
