add option to remove level up notifier

this is annoying especially when fighting mobs.

i got screwed again when my pet leveled up i simply could not do anything on the screen so my toon was stuck

The pet level ups cause me trouble all the time as well. My toon is effectively stunned when I get the pet level up message.

Agree with both of you, it either stuns or cancels a charge im doing as soon as the pet lvls (didn't we discuss this in the guild somewhat today? XD)

i was not reading the guild chat but i already brought this up before during nordr season and nothing's changed just wanted to bring it up again because i was pissed running watcher's tomb then died because mob ganged up on me when that level up popped up
