You can get talon from elite warchests doesn't matter if copper,silver or gold..
elite golden warchests drops mythic armors too..
Mythic helmets and arcane hooks are from elite golden pirate chests
As for elite golden puzzlebox, yeah best(you will prolly need all the luck in arlor) u can get is arcane staff and yeah no arcane eggs.
