As said, sacrifices are needed to be made. 1 week truly should be enough time. This is also why 3 subs were given.

We can do EVERYDAY 10PM onwards +8GMT == 10AM onwards EST*.
Saturday all day. depends on other teammate coz they got flexible work schedule.

In addition:

We can sacrifice sleep and work if we really need to do it 6AM / 7AM our time - 6PM/7PM EST .
