decent level for pvp?

hey im kinda new to pvp here,

So, as i have 3 toons at 36 pve only.. yh bored is understatement was just wondered if out of lvl 1-20 which is the best level to pvp at? cost of gear etc and what to buy

36 is costly due to mythic gears and other factors involve. Think of pet food for example, its hard to be full set in 36 if you're not wealthy... While in low lvl twinks its not that costly and same satisfaction you'll achieve.

My twink is a lvl 13 Mage. N so far i like it a lot better than my lvl 8 warrior twink.

I have been twinking 1, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16 and 17 and these are my opinions.

Level 1 is very boring, not much gears and very very very slow kills.. not worth it.

Level 5 is a bit better easy to kill and have least deaths especially warrior but there are not much games.

Level 7 and 8 are pretty balanced except it is still the warrior slower kills and pretty much same damage, although speed of skills slower, then rogues.

Level 10, my first PvP level very exciting, easy kills level 8, 9. But loads of 12 try farm you.

Level 12, its alright tbh you get bad kdr due to level 13 popularity.

Level 13, you either hate of love it. I was level 12 hating level 13 thinking it was a wierd level but latino twinks own it. It got very enjoyable when I started it.

Level 15 good fun sometimes lots of games but owned by level 16 17 lots of gang

16 is same.

17, no much level 18 twinks so you moreovr just own 15-16twinks..
