Brought 10 more plat still didn't get them!!!!! What's wrong with this??

If I send an email to them with my order numbers, do I get my plat right away? I have 4 orders, does that mean I need to send 4 emails?
I contacted support about the missing plat, they said because its still pending they cant help..... Hmmm what now? My Money is gone and the plat is missing....

It can take some time to receive the platinum. If you don't receive it for an extended period of time, contact STS and let them know what happened. There can always be a short delay when purchasing platinum due to "pending."
Its been 2 days and ive still not receive my plat!
