Faster dagger speed or Rogue class with two daggers?

Dagger has same speed as heavy bow

and it also has about 3/4 the damge as heavy bow.

Could you make dagger even out with rest of the weapons

or could you make a new class, preferably Rogue, that can wear two daggers?

1 dagger is more then enough if the speed is lowered. It use to be lower and was loved by many people, but was fixed. Asking them to lower it back down might be an issue, but they might do it. I see lots of people arguing for daggers to be quicker. I don't think they'll introduce rogues, they more then likely have their mind's set on what classes are or will be in the future. I always see "Banned" argue this topic too

he'll probably agree with the fact speed needs to be lowered.

since they have same speed might as well have same damage

That would make a dagger a bow. A dagger can't ever be a bow. In every game I played, daggers are quick, hit less, but are efficient. If they were slow and hit high this would completely ruin the point of having a dagger.

Also, this is exactly what I have been arguing about. Daggers are about speed, even if the damage is a little lower.

actually in every game I've played the bow is usually average attack speed with average damage. The main lure of the bow is the range. To whack monsters from afar.
my impressions from my various MMOs, daggers are usually fast, ok damage, but high crit rates.

Think about it logically. Its faster to stab a person 3 or 4 times.
Knife goes in. Knife goes out. Knife goes in. Knife goes out. You do the Hokey Pokey and you stab other sucker standing you.
compared to
Taking a bow, cocking the arrow, taking aim, releasing, and doing it all again.

other than that i do think there should be a balance between the damage.. its not fair to people who love daggers

they should be dealing more damage considering there up getting punched in the faces by mobs, while people with bows are either standing back shooting or running away and shooting.

Even if dagger is too fast, it has disadvantage because it has low armor and close range.

So I hope by tom.,.ow or whatever, dagger's speed should change to .8...........7.. or something

Bows may not always be slow and lengthy, but daggers are ALWAYS quick with minimal-medium damage depending on the speed. All I'm arguing here is that daggers need to be much quicker then bows with less damage. Not the same speed with the same damage, thats not what daggers are about, obviously.
