Guild Stash

It's a good idea but clearly not thought through.
As stated above it would allow for scammers and new guild members to come in and take everything.
Maybe if there were permissions set by guildmasters and/or officers for who could access the stash it would make things more manageable.

Guild stashes exist elsewhere.
You place items in there knowing full well that it could be taken. You don't place mythics into it. You place useable items in there.
You'd only place a really valuable item into a guild stash if it's a small, tight-knit group of friends guild.

Also, guild stashes greatly benefit from there being an "activity log," which records who deposits & withdraws what.

I agree that permissions would be nice. Either way, I want somewhere to dump cheap items to share. Why throw away items when a fellow guildy might want it?

Guild stash with records officers could check would be nice.

A) Obviously don't put anything in there you wouldn't give away. (High levels have tons of cheap items that they don't mind giving away, if they are going to get used by members).
B) Can see who is taking items and putting in items. That way if a player is just grabbing a bunch of stuff that is off class or wrong level to sell then they might not be right for your guild.

+1 but the guild stash has a password can only be used by officers that master give passwords too that way less scam chances

If it were only accessible to officers, a password wouldn't be needed. Could just restrict withdrawal to officers.

In addition, a borrow or lending system would compliment this well. The borrow system would allow friends or guildies to borrow an item for a specific time and then it automaticly returns to owner or stash. I believe these will go well together because you can share item you don't care for and/or don't want back and also share items you do want back without worry of not seeing again.
