Other than Jug, hor, cs.. and gear like Architect... from where we get taunt effect?

Windmill. Windmill is the highest taunt skill in game. You instantly gain the attention of everyone you touch. Make a small circle of movement on cast and use HoR afterwords to hold all aggro.

After the warrior has done this, mages should use clocks to force mobs to be rooted near the warrior (reduces aggro loss).

Yeah.. i just read Windmill description, in the 1st upgrade, and also Axe Throw have taunt in the 4th upgrade

Except axe throw is only for boss fights and pvp. Also the warmage maul (blue devourer maul) sucks (just saying) so you probably shouldn't be running elite with it.

Yeah I know - just pointing out which stuff have taunt.
