balance in pvp

So I am writing this to take a suggestion from u guys and telling you all what I feel. In PvP I think there is no balance in fights between mythic and non mythic players.
I have seen that the majority of players ruling the PvP are mythics . I have also tried to play PvP many a times but I usually end up frustrated dying all the time from mythic players so this makes PvP just boring for players like me . Please I have a request to devs instead of dividing just by levels in PvP divide people by their stats and gears this will make it more interesting . I have a one more suggestions that if there is also a one on one arena in PvP where players can challenge someone. And also it would be great if people can play for gold in PvP(tournament). Like everyone put some gold in PvP and the winner take all the gold(wager system).. I would love to hear from u guys that how you like my idea and if you also support this balancing idea write here

If u dont have any mythic on u then u should join an elite farming guild and go make yourself some money. Once u have saved up enough u can go out there and buy whatever u want, choose or desire. Stay away from pvp until u get those "mythics" if u dont want to keep dying.
