What is the on screen skill space called?

Im trying to buy more space to add skills to the game screen. but its not in the store?

just tap the book with the green arrow on it to make it expand! (it's in the top right hand corner

Be more specific please. If you want to see your skills you can go to the "Skills" tab and then tap "Map Skills to main display" this will allow you to use and see your skills while in combat.
Touch the skill you want to use and then tap it again on a blank space from your Skills to "Map Skills to main display" and then check your skills to see if its there.
There is a arrow that removes part of your skills if they get in the way of your view. Just click the arrow to remove and re-appear your skills.
I see your new so I suggest you use the search bar on the top right of this website.

That was exactly my point, I didn't mean anything negative towards you at all. I was just stating that someone who is just starting out will see a lot of price tags attached to various aspects of the game.
