Arcane Legends Winter Content In Development

Is there a certain level you have to be to participate in the event? As in the winter quest being for higher leveled players but can still be claimed by lower levels also?

Nope!

Here's why. Because the event is going to be for all levels, and all players have a chance to gather these chests from level 10+, we had to disallow the trading and stashing of these chests so that players can not farm at level 10, and then open at level 36 or vice versa. It prevents a very ugly situation wherein exploits would run rampant.

As part of making the event fun for everyone, we had to make this hard decision.

Is this the same reason why elite golden puzzleboxes can't be stashed? Then how come that we can sell them?
I'd like to be able to stash them...

You must be lvl 10 and over to participate.

1. The awesome new Arcane Pet drop from what ?
2. If you call that Pet are new awesome arcane pet, then you mean that awesome new Arcane Pet have awesome Stats, Ability, and Passive ?
3. The new Arcane pet drop rate are incredibly rare, am I right ?

Ofc its drop only from locked, and the drop rate are same with the currently rate otherwise they announced about increasing the drop rate.

I already open almost 1k locked and never get any arcane item, so u can say its about luck, lets pray for it.
