IMO taunt is supposed to work either in PvE or PvP, a tank should use taunt to distract enemies from attacking your allies (rogue and sorcerer). This effect can be seen in many other games.
But in AL, the taunt doesn't work in PvP due to the possible fact that warrior has so many taunt skills (windmill, jugg, horn of renew) which may "taunt-lock" enemies. Imaging if two or three warriors keep using taunt in PvP while their allies (rogue and sorcerer) stand behind and auto-attack, how can the opposite team survive from this massacre.
