71 bird: phantom or flying?

I am very active at lv 56-71, which also includes a 70 phantom bird and a 71 flying bird and i can tell, there is like 1 game in 2 weeks hosted by a lv 65, all others are hosted by 66 to 71, so there is no reason to stay at lv 70...iŽd got for flying talon set with good dodge
