I would say no as the lvl 31 gems were one time auction items and there was only 5 of each gem auctioned off. Better would be to introduce new relic blood and shadow gems that drop in maps as opposed to auction off just a few. Im sure there was plans for such a thing that got put on the back burner as al became more the forcus for sts.
