pvp build for a lvl 10 rogue

Just wondering what is the best build for a lvl 10 pvp rogue. On a tight budget so hopefully not something too expensive

The build isn't what is expensive so I assume you mean the gear. You have to pay for best gear if you want to be the best though. Best gear is devourer/bonechill set except for bow which should probably be devourer. (Some prefer bonechill bow)night ripple ring and amulet is debatable depending on your build. I agree with sheriff except I would out that extra sp point elsewhere.

Shadow absorb is kinda useful
