So.. yesterday I leveled by 51 Bear (Unfortunately) to 56
Been a while since I even had a 56 toon and I was wondering
what gear to use/ skill layout/ etc.
Atm I use
l55 Royal Sewer Helm
l55 Royal Sewer Armor
l56 Bigtop Glyph mace
l56 Bigtop glyph shield
Any ideas/tips will be greatly appreciated ^^

Oh, I didn't know Unfortunately is you!
For 56 bears, BT is more cheap and more preferred, as it gives more hit (needed for bear vs bear fights/against birds) and more dodge. SM I think gives a bit more dmg and regen, not too sure, but BT is preferred!

Go full big top if you have the money, and if you really have money to "waste," get a SM mace set. I say waste, because it is pretty much a waste. It has some more damage and armor, but all in all, bt is better. It gives you something like 13 hit% more or so, and alot more dodge (like bears don't dodge enough, eh?). I'd say here would be a decent skill build, but there is two types.

6 Rage
6 Evade
6 Taunt
6 IB
6 Beckon
6 Stomp
6 CB
6 HS
5 SMS
1 Crip
1 Venge

But some people do (which I didn't)

6 Rage
6 Evade
6 Taunt
6 IB
4 Beckon
3 Stomp
6 CB
6 Hs
6 SMS
5 Crip
1 Venge

The slashes are really up to you to put points in to, but 6 SMS is recommended. Good luck bud, you're a great behr so you know combos xP Bear at this level is op anyways, you won't have any trouble.

No lol. Bt is best on bears because of the dodge sm is for pallys and warbirds

Also, build #2 that Trenton posted is actually better, I use it myself, because high beckon and stomp send enemies like obed bears, int mages, and dex birds flying, which you do NOT want, use that build if you're experienced at bear (which I know you are )

I use what you are using right now. SM is the weakest of the 3 setups because of the lack of dodge and hit% so I'll only compare Full BT and Royal+BT

Royal: 4 more dodge, 6 more H/S
Bt: 6 more hit%, 10 more damage, 1 more armor

I personally prefer Royal since with the recent damage nerf, H/S is alot more important, especially in Bear v Bear fights, which takes about 3-5 minutes long. That's 1080-1800 more HP you'll regen more than your opponent. Though you have less hit% and damage, you have more dodge which helps you DODGE HS and CB, which boosts your damage a bit.

56 is a great level for pvp in my opinion but should I try and aim for a full bt set?

Yeah, if you have full hp, royal won't help much so keep a BT helm+armor handy

Listen to Storm but don't get the shield, its a waste of like 30k lol. The bunny is better, with no missing stats
