Build: 6 rage tonic, 6 evasion, 6 armor shredder, 6 hamstring, 6 fox howl, 6 vixen kick, 6 poison darts, 3 poison dart, 2 fury, 1 rabid bite, 1 bandage, 1 hypnotize.

Level 56 fox

Attribute points: 128 str, rest dex
Gear: big top/strongman's mace set, 10 damage/2 dodge ring.
face: green face
Build: 6 rage tonic, 6 evasion, 6 armor shredder, 6 hamstring, 6 fox howl, 6 vixen kick, 6 poison darts, 6 poison dart, 3 bandage, 2 fury, 1 rabid bite, 1 hypnotize.

Both of those are quite competitive.
